Recruit into Care

We use our Safe & Secure Recruitment systems and procedures to recruit staff and provide services within the Care sector. To ensure the safety and safeguarding, all our staff, whether delivering an activity or have been recruited by S2S into temporary or permanent positions are fully vetted, checked and have an enhanced S2S CRB.

S2S can provide:

• Dance teachers
• Sport and physical activity coaches
• Health development leaders
• Care workers
• Care managers.

Dance

Our dance teachers offer classical ball room dancing through to streetdance and Zumba, which we have found care home residents really enjoy. We deliver our services to people, both young and old, that have physical and learning disabilities including Dementia. The dance helps to motivate and stimulate residents and those with disabilities are given the opportunity of undertaking gentle exercise that it is not only providing health benefits but is also fun.

Sports and physical activity

Sports and physical activity coaches can provide chair aerobics and falls prevention as well as other physical and health related activities.

The benefits to residents are on providing exercise; healthy activities; an interest; positive focus; fun and socialisation.
